    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use Sky webmail and your return email address isn't your Sky one then a verification email would have been sent to it so is this the case with you. If not then go to Settings - More Settings - Mailboxes - Your Sky email account, and remove anything in the reply to box on the right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
