Cannot delete PC from Sky Go desktop.

I have a PC which I cannot delete so is taking a space under my devices. I choose delete but it is still there, I have removed the app from my PC & then installed it again which has created a new entry for the same PC. I also cannot rename this device. Device hasn't been used since 2017 & I have upgraded the OS to Windows 11 since then.

Hopefully it'll disappear should I add more devices.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Exacty the same issue with an android phone linked to the sky go. Can not delete it. (2 years ish)

I also have the same problem. Trying to delete an old PC from my devices which was last used April 2018, when I select 'Remove this Device' I get an error which states 'Unfortunately we aren't able to load this information at the moment'

Call Sky @N+A+C to see if they can remove it for you.

I have talked to sky...it's been months, they can't fix it.

The last communication I had as follows

Hello Paul. I have raised issue to relevant for further update. They have advised it is still being investigated and have no timeframe on resolution. I will set another review on account. Thank you.
