My Sky App Not Working.

Hi ,

I got a new IPhone 12 on May 5th , contacted Sky on 6th to let them know My Sky App isn't working (everything else working fine , SkyGo etc. ) I have tried at least a dozen times deleting app and switching phone off and on again , when I tap on app it comes up Let's get you started then continue, I tap continue that's when it just spins , Sky got me to try a few things , didn't work , she said if a lot of people complain they will do something about it. Thanks.

Go to Settings and type "Private Relay" in the search box and turn it off if it is turned on.

When I do that it says Beta upgrade and it will not let me turn it off , it wants me to subscribe to a certain amount every month.

As it is asking you to subscribe then it should be turned on so this wouldn't be the cause of this issue with the app, Have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting your phone then installing the app again ?

Yes. I must have tried about a dozen times uninstalling app , switching phone off then on again. But still the same. Thanks.
