Is there still issues with sky vip not working?? As mine is still saying I need to join, was working previously

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I've been waiting a response from a sky employee for almost four months now regarding a fix for skyvip not working, some other sky employee interrupted our commounication box and now I can not get in touch, with anyone, to escalate the issue AGAIN

Update - Spoken to A+Potter, Unfortunately Sky Glass is not part of VIP just yet. It will be built into the app eventually.
