    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Sky+ app controls the settings for both apps which is why I suggested you do this, it is up to you but until you check this and if you need to tick these boxes settings recordings via the Sky Go app might not work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my phone the recordings appear but when I click on it says you need to connect to sky Q box, I mean I can watch channels and stuff but not recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my tablet the recordings don't even appeat at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My. Main sky q box works fine and so does one of my mini but another mini box says no signal, I don't know if that's related or a separate issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway suggestions for these issues guys?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a mobile try installing the Sky+ app, go to settings and make sure the viewing card that is in your Sky Q box has a tick against it for both recordings and downloads. &amp;nbsp;Once you have done this try again to use the Sky Go app to set your recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On settings it has no tick, just shows number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't see where it says. Recordings on my. Tablet on sky go app but on my. Mobile. It says recordings but when I click. It says it needs to connect to. Sky q box, I don't get that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But that's a Sky + app which is more or less same as sky go app except its also used for sky + boxes, I don't think I needed a sky + app when I have sky go app already..unless sky + app makes recordings appear on mobile and tablet via sky go? I don't know how that' a the case as it's only set up for that particularly sky + app and not sky go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyhow I dowoaded the app and both are ticked, I am not sure if that's relevant as it only shows u can download and record to sky boxes. My Main issue was recordings not appearing nor sky go app connecting to sky Q box via phone or tablet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway update : I disconnected my WiFi and behold recordings appeared.&amp;nbsp; U&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also cannot get my recordings to show on the Sky Go App on my Ipad (I have multiscreen)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get my recordings to show in the Sky Go App by following the procedure below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Delete Sky Go and Sky+ apps from the Ipad (somebody had suggested Sky+ app in another thread)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Unplug Main Sky Q box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Reboot my Wi-Fi router (non Sky) and check it's up and running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Plug in Sky Q box and wait until up and running and connected to Wi-fi router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Re-install Sky+ and Sky Go Apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6) After a few messages about detecting the Q box, I can finally see my recordings tab in Sky Go, and I even get BBC programs showing in the TV listings. Unfortunately, if I switch the Ipad off,&amp;nbsp; the next time I go into the Sky Go app the recordings have disappeared again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
