The Good Wife S6 E1 can't be downloaded. Code 1523

Trying to download Season 6 Episode 1 of The Good Wife in Sky Go app and I get an error message saying this show is currently unavailable, with code 1523. Other seasons, and other episodes of season 6 all download fine, but this particular episode won't. I've tried it on laptop, android tablet and ipad, and it doesn't work on any of them, although I can download it to our sky box. This is quite annoying as we're going on holiday shortly and my wife wants to be able to watch season 6 while we're away, but she won't have time to watch the season 5 ones she's not watched yet and S6 E1 before we go!

I'm was also getting an error when trying to download that although I get "Something went wrong this channel is not available" however after the 3rd attempt after closing down Sky Go then loading it up it started to work.

I should maybe have mentioned the wording of the error message varies slightly from app to app. On android tablet it just says "Sorry, something went wrong. This programme is not available to download to your device". The Windows app was the one that actually gave the error code!

Just tried my windows one and for this episode I see the same 1523 error so I think this is something you need to email them about as it is looking likely is is something that Sky needs to fix with this episode.

Do you happen to know the right email address? Sky's useless website's contact us page helpfully has no information at all on how to contact them!
