Sky vip not working

I cannot access the VIP section on the MySky app. It says I do not have access, never had issues before and have used VIP section frequently. I have reinstalled and still same issue. It says I cant join!? There is no issue with my account or billing and never had issues before. HELP!!!!

Update - Spoke to the customer, this is part of a known issue with the VIP part of the app. Our App team are investigating and should be able to resolve in a software patch.

@Deedee123 the issue you are experiencing is with not being able to access VIP, not the same as this which is not being able to join VIP. They are 2 different issues and are being investigated separately.

I am also unable to access the SkyVIP part of the app, either via iPad or iPhone. I use it most days and have never had this issue before.

Reading the above posts, I am assuming that this is a system bug which is not unique to me?

Hopefully Sktcan resolve shortly.

I cant access the VIP section in the app either. Deleted and downloaded again, still cant access the vip sections

The offers in the VIP section are not working. Cannot enter competitions etc. Any link referring to Sky products seem to be working fine.

Have removed and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Running on Android.

I reinstalled the app, yet again, today and all is now working fine

Have you installed the update version of the app @DaisyLou81 as it should fix this issue once you have done this,

I'm having similar issues, says I can't join sky VIP on the app. Never had this issue before, despite being with sky for years?

I am also having problem as the new version of the app is not supported by my iPad.

i receive a message saying the old version can be downloaded but nothing happens.

Does anyone know if I should delete the original app and then try downloading the older version again. ??

@caesarome As I said in my original question my iPad does not support the new version.

The old version was ok until a few weeks ago.
