&lt;P&gt;I dont think the Openreach engineer would just lie like that, they have strict working safety polices and its likely they couldnt do it for one reason or another.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll likely need to call Sky to get an update on the order and progress it to a second visit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
