Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you run tests on your my sky app using mobile data and tell us what it says. If it finds an external fault it should let you book an engineer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
