Movies not playing and PIN constantly requested

My Sky Glass won't play movies when my two pucks do? Also I have to enter a pin despite all the parental controls being switched off? Any way to reset so these faults clear?

Try performing a full system reboot;

Switch off the power supply for 1 minute then switch back on.

Even with parental controls disabled, a pin is required for certain certificate movies and shows before the watershed. This is to comply with Ofcoms "mandatory daytime protection" rules.
