Red light on mini box

my mini box is stuck on Red.

I have turned it off for 30 seconds.

I have turned off and then held the reset button down and turned it back on again and still nothing .

looked through posts and cannot see any answers only posts say the person will be escalated to a sky engineer,if sky know the answer why not publish it.

Getting fed up of them as they hardly work and freeze in cold weather .

Hi @Belloftockwith

When you switch it on holding the reset button you have to hold the button in for at least 20 secs until the leds on the front of the box start to flash

Held it in for more than 30 secs no change
