We haven't cut you off as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here.

When your services are restricted any attempt to call Sky will first prompt you to pay what is owed.

Before they reinstate your services you will have to pay Sky in full and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well.

Depending on your previous payment history you may be able to pay all but £25 which will then be added to your next bill (although this does NOT apply for a Sky Mobile restriction).

If you can’t pay all now you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid off in full Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts or promises to pay.

Once your payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, although this may not be instant, especially at a weekend when the banks are closed.

If you disagree with Sky about a charge or payment etc, once you’ve done the above you should be able to talk to Customer Services.

But I don't owe nothing it's a mistake on sky end I'm not paying a month in advance as it's say I owe from 25 to October when it's hasn't even that date yet

if more than two weeks late sky will be asking for next months in advance before restoring services

I haven't been late on a payment as it's from the 25th of September to October what hasn't been that date yet so I'm not late it's a mistake skys end not my end my bill should be up to date

Right what happened was I paid once one day now it's because I asked for a refund back I double paid the amount I got back and sky haven't sorted it out

@Slammin1998 As already advised if it's asking you to pay when you try calling then then that's what you need to do before being able to speak to anyone

unless you can get through on a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number
