&lt;P&gt;You should also be sent an email with a link to it when it is sent to you. Amy issues then post back here as there have been a few reports with these not appearing so should then happen to you let us know so we can alert Sky for you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the email but when you press the coloured credit agreement it loads the mobile page with no agreements. The order page has the device delivery &amp;nbsp;in progress. But no contract. My old phone is dying so really need it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - Spoken to Tracey13579, they have not responded in 48 hours so the chat will be closed. However as the mobile account is also linked to a Sky ID on a Glass account, they will need to contact our tier 2 Glass team for this as we do not have the needed online account access to support this query.
