      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah it showing it's been paid and it shows up with the sky network (not no service) but there no bars on my phone I've factory reset my phone I've reset the network I've restarted the network I've done a new apn but still no bars showing on my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a payment method setup then there should be any need to pay your bill early because this doesn't stop the payment from being taken which is why you have overpaid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what has happened here so&amp;nbsp;I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
