Unable to make or receive calls - call failed outgoing and straight to voicemail incoming.

Since Sunday, I can't make calls or send text messages as the call/text fails and if I am called it goes straight to voicemail and doesn't ring.

I've checked all settings and everything OK, and Sky shows no issues in my area.

anyone else having problems? Sky - what going on.

Hi @MJ-NEL are you up to date with your bills ? Have you tried moving to a different area ? Have you tried your sim in another phone ?

yes, all bills paid!
After going through Sky help, I tried the catch all of switching off/on the phone again. That has worked finally.
