      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you would need to ask Virgin Media about this as while the app is from Sky any support should be from them as you are not a Sky customer which is what this forum is for,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem, my fix was to use the Virgin Go app first to register my device and then the Sky Sports app live tv started to work. Hope this works for you too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a sky sports subscriber &amp;amp; live video on my iPad app has stopped working, done all the usual stuff like deleting app &amp;amp; reinstalling, rebooting iPad but didn't make any difference, I know I can get it through the sky go app but not as quick, any ideas, thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
