I keep getting error code 1526 when trying to download certain products. Is there a fix for this?

I keep getting error code 1526 when I try to download certain movies to my laptop, please could someone advise how to fix this, thanks

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Me too when trying to download Critters to computer - This show is currently unavailable - please try later error 1526.

This error, 1526, is because the content you are trying to download to your computer is not licenced for downloading to your computer/tablet/etc - you will only be able to download it to your sky-box or stream it on your device.
