Can I watch skysports on a BA flight

I am (hopefully!) getting on a BA flight to Vegas on Sunday but want to watch the Liverpool game, I was on a flight during the Carabao cup final which i listened to via talksport but a guy was watching it live on his laptop. Can anyone explain how I can do this??🤞

If you have a mobile data connection on the flight then you can watch the match via Sky Go or the Sky Sports app.

Not once out of range of a UK cellular network, I would have thought, unless whichever groundstation an aircraft in-flight satellite data signal came from was providing a UK IP address.

Thanks, apparently it's not as straight forward as that though...I tried logging in to my Skygo account whilst on the flight but I couldnt get in. Someone said I have to disable something as SKy dont allow you to watch in another country??

Post-Brexit, for UK subscriptions Go will only stream to a device with a UK IP address. A subscription at an address in Eire is covered by EU portability, but not elsewhere in the world.

Disabling geolocation and WiFi is sometimes required to permit offline viewing of stored content when abroad, but can't facilitate streaming.
