      <title>Internet connection keeps droping daily</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone from Sky can explain why internet is droping since yesterday. According to webtest no issues in my area and connection just drops randomly. This happened before been fixed and started again. I'm tired of cable connection check coz that is obviously not an problem. Either smb changed something in the cabinet outside or there is an issue in other place. Router flashes orange light or keep it on for a while than tries to connect blinks it is good and drops again connection.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just going to chime in on this thread... The original issue posted was a line dropping issue which is confirmed by a WAN reset time. Upgrading to FTTC will do no good in helping that it may even making the dropping more frequent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3553949"&gt;@Sky+unhappy+cust0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I suggest you get the fault resolved by Sky before you upgrade as you may end up with even worse service while Sky then attempt to fix the issue if you go to FTTC first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
