Suggestions for 5GHz smart plugs

Recently had broadband speed issues.Thechs came out and changed router to 5GHz now all my smart plugs won't work.Any suggestion of what plus work.

Most smart plugs work on 2.4ghz so if they disabled that to work on 5ghz only you would probably need to seperate wifi bands in order to use both

- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly

Thanks for the suggestion and the prompt reply.Not vey tech savvy(73) and IT passed me by. How do I log into my router.

Type 192.168.0.1 into a web browser and go to wifi.

Username admin

Password sky or wifi password

Both can be found on the back of your hub
