Sky broadband says it will stay on 247 but it does not. Instead it automatically switches itself off

I switch on sky broadband shield to stop the kids using the Internet at night. It says it stays on 247, but it doesn't and switches itself off automatically when I don't want it to which can be very very frustrating. How can I stop this happening so it stays on ? Thanks

@M10ROOYou would either have broadband boost which would enable you to use broadband buddy or you can go in manually to turn off the Wi-Fi, but this would stop everyone using the Wi-Fi.
