      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my final bill is in credit and I am wondering when the money will be refunded? I left on 19th July.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
