I have been a loyal customer for over 22 years with little or no benifits, I have been offered na much better deal for broad band dont want to change but its a struggle paying due to current climate, is there any way we can reduce it or any of my current package please.

You would need to call Sky and try to negotiate a new discount if you want to remain.

If you haven't recently spoken to Sky about a deal, you're likely to be paying the list price for your services. Definitely give Sky a ring, as you'll almost certainly be able to negotiate a lower price.
