Sky VIP autofill name incorrect

Autofill always uses my previous surname even though I have updated it on my Sky account. Please help!

Can you expand on that? By autofill do you mean the username that's populated automatically when you go to log in? If not, tell us more.

It's more than likely the device that is remembering the name not the website/app.

It's the surname field when you enter a competition and need to submit certain information but I'll check my phone settings

Clear your browsers cache and then close it down before trying again.

Not if you are using the app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
