If you have Sky VOIP, previous posts suggest that it can be up to 24 hours before the phone service is fully activated. It may be worth you waiting until tomorrow, then restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, to see if it resolves.

You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.

Had my broadband and phone for just over a week, all has been going good until today? For some reason no calls are coming through to the house phone, tried ringing off my own phone and there isn't even a dialing tone just completely quiet, although I can make calls off the house phone, just not able to receive them! It's not even ringing at all, been on hold to sky for over an hour! Someone please help me, I've undone everything and turned it off and on, nothing is working!
