So I had extra spends July-august which I cancelled DD and paid early. I then got told I'd paid £30 to little.

ive just checked my bill for the period sept-October and there's the same £120 extra spend!! I've not spent anything for September it's not even September yet!!

None of us here can see your bill but I would guess this has happened due to you cancelling the direct debit because if Sky had already requested the money from your bank (this happens 14 days before the payment date) and you cancelled it then it could be added to your next bill even if you have made a manual payment. You also have to remember that future bills are estimates and could change before they are created.

I made an extra payment on my phone contract on the 3.2.22 and I can't seem to find it anywhere , I have checked my payments and all it shows me is my monthy payments , so where can I see the extra payments I have made please.

Has it appeared on a future bill as a credit as you don't need to make an extra payment like this when you already have something like a direct debit set up ?
