    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem due to thick walls in my house. Solution to hardware no issues once done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get a couple of plug in connectors, easy job!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem with my Sky Q, getting sick of having to log in as the scrolling process is so time consuming. My broadband supplier say Sky has a wi fi signal it sends out which interferes with my broadband signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3563203"&gt;@Graham22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If Sky is not your broadband provider then your mini box does not connect to your home wifi. It connects to a wifi signal from your main box to form a mesh this signal from the main Q box is on the 5Ghz frequency and on channel 36.&amp;nbsp; If your home wifi is also broadcasting on chanel 36 on the 5Ghzsignal then this can cause problems. The best scenario is to go into settings on your router and move the 5Ghz signal to the highest channel (furthest away from channel 36 ) see if that helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
