    <description>&lt;P&gt;Done a search round here and this topic comes up a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but here we go, my Internet on my sky Q box while watching Netflix last night went ridiculously slow, so checked it via Netflix, and I was getting 0.65 MB, All other products in my house was running 148 Meg, including Netflix on my LGTV .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its now gone up this morning to 5 MB but it's &amp;nbsp;still really poor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is Sky Throtting my speed because, &amp;nbsp;I'm not using sky broadband. If that's the case then surely they are breaking the law under competition rules. Or is there something else going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a Reset Settings in the &amp;nbsp;Main Q box hidden menu. &amp;nbsp; This may help.&lt;BR /&gt;To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With Settings highlighted press&lt;STRONG&gt; 0 0 1 Select.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings. &lt;BR /&gt;After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Or just yank the power cord to the Sky Q box. This will force the network to reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An update from my previous post,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went out and bought a powerline adapter, The hardwire it &amp;nbsp;by Ethernet,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turn off the Wi-Fi in the sky Q box by 001 network menu,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reconnected my broadband to a wired connection, got all the IP and gateway numbers to my router, however. ISS is my neighbours router upstairs. She's on sky Broadband. My ISS is a unique name made up by me. So, I can spot it from all the other Wi-Fi is around., but its no good for sky Q boxes it likes sky broadband ISS names &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;. I don't know my neighbours password so how come the sky Q box dose ? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was slightly worried about that so I phoned up Sky is Call Centre and she was stumped. &amp;nbsp;she's going to do some research and get back to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
