&lt;P&gt;When you subscribe to Netflix via SKY then the 'level' depends on other SKY add on packs :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard - which is what you have&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the SKY HD pack&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The add ons of course apply to SKY content as well as opening up Netflix levels&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm looking for help, I am paying for Netflix ultimate tv add on yet on my actual Netflix account it's only the basic plan, what can I do to fix this as I don't do well on the phone. I only realised last night when I was watching Netflix and my son was trying to watch Netflix in his room but it wouldn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
