Sky Q remote issue

I need to replace my SKY Q remote because it's literally not doing anything and when I press 1 & 3 it's not flashing. It's completely broken.

If you can't wait for Sky to send out a replacement you can purchase new Sky Q remotes from numerous online retailers and from some supermarkets and high street stores
