Adding Netflix to Sky - Cost of Sky Signature?

I've just tried to add Netflix onto my Sky account, as it seems to be cheaper to do it that way, but I'm being prompted to switch to Sky Signature without any information on what that costs?

I'm currently on original with Sky+HD pack and Sky Q multiscreen, plus legacy F1 entitlement. I don't want to pay any more than I currently am and I definitely don't want to lose the F1.

I think you can only add Netflix aka Ultimate on SKY with Sky Signature.

SKY is trying to move everyone off the legacy packages

There is a strong chance that a move to Signature will lose the F1 legacy - I believe it may be possible but it might take a lot of negotation to do so

BTW Is your 'base' package Entertainment or possibly even the older Variety ?

Signature may actually work out cheaper for all other options but comes with the risk of loosing F1 so may not be worth it for you

Hi @xLibbyx To make any changes to your subscription you must move to Sky Signature (entertainment + boxsets) which is now the base package. There is a very good chance that you lose your legacy F1. Your new subscription will be shown on the screen before you confirm.

BTW do you use UHD with your current package ?

If so, you need to be aware that UHD is now a separate add on and not part of the old 'Multiscreen Pack' - if you do use it & do transfer to Signature make sure that it is included as part of the new package as some of the newer advisors are unaware that it was set up the way it was

I sometimes put the F1 on in UHD, but I think that's the only time that I've used it. At least knowingly!

It sounds like it's likely that changing anything will lose the F1, and then having to pay for sports would mean it would end up costing more rather than less, so I think I'll leave it alone.

I would still call up Sky and negotiate a deal. I wanted F1 stand alone channel but it was cheaper for me to take the full Sports pack as I had Cinema too. F1 on it's own was £18, but the full Sports pack was only £4 after discounts. I now pay just £40 for signature, ultimate TV for Netflix, HD, UHD, Cinema and full Sports. I don't need multiroom so you may have to factor in that if you have a mini box too.
