Hi, I cancelled my sky and broadband contract on 03.04.22 but my sky app is saying that broadband is going live today at my new property. (I moved house 04.04.22) why is this if I cancelled?

I also need to return my equipment but haven't received return label and packaging. I'm wondering if this has gone to my previous address but I updated this to my new address when I cancelled. I need to send this back so that I am not charged.

Many thanks

You perhaps need to call Sky about the cancellation / activation at your new address. Regarding the return of equipment you can use your own packaging and print a label off yourself. This link should help you

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

If you haven’t anything suitable mention it to Sky. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.
