      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ther is a red light on the sky q box what does it mean there isn't anything being downloaded or recording It goes off when I switch the box off then on&amp;nbsp; I am new to sky q just getting my head around, it still getting failed recordings and the pop up "this program is no longer available&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20265"&gt;@chirisp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;press the Sky logo (yes it is a button) it will take you into recordings to see if you have anything currently recording scroll down to scheduled and select this here you will see all programmes you have set to record and it will show any currently recording.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to see anything you are currently downloading again press the Sky button scroll down to manage select this then you have an option downloading if you are downloading anything it will show in here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke with a Sky engineer on the 7th March who went thro his computer-aided answers and in the end went through a Software update process it had old software, it seems to have cured the problem(I hope) thanks for all the help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did a Q box reset. Not a full factory reset or the hard drive reset, just the standard one. Sky is now showing standard footage on loop (just a look what sky has to offer type of thing) Nothing seems to be happening now, box not bringing up menus or anything now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
