NOT TO HAPPY WITH YOUR FIGURES. CONTRACTED 09/07/2022 THEN THIS WAS REVISED ON THE 29/07/2022 BY YOUR SKY PERSON NAMED PAGE. WH DID A WONDERFUL JOB AT REDUCING MY NEW BILLS EVEN FURTHER. FROM £30.50 (09/07/2022) TO £29.10 MONTHLY ON THE 29/07/2022. WHICH I SENT AGREEING SAME EMAIL; hOWEVER NO ONE AT SKY SEEMS TO CONNECT WITH ANY OF THESE FIGURES. EVEN AFTER FOUR EMAIL AND TELEPHONES CALLS, EVEN TODAYS SKY CALL BACK. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR DEPARTMENT THAT THEY CANN AGREE A CONTRACT DETAILS HERE. WRONG FIGURES AGAIN, NOT ACCEPTING THE LATEST CALL/ MY HOME TELEPHINE/BROADBAND AND MOBILE ALL CHANGED ON THE 29/07/2022 NOT THE 27/07/2022. PLEASE RECHECK MY ORIGIONAL CONTRACTS ASAP.

We can't check anything I'm afraid. In case you're not aware you aren’t addressing Sky here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum so there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of you posting on here.
If you are a new customer your first couple of Sky bills are sometimes higher than you expected due to the date period they cover (ie: it may cover over a month). Also, you pay a month in advance and your service(s) may have been activated at different times. New discounted deals usually also include a £10 admin fee (per discount) which will increase your payment. Check your future bills to see if they match up to the amount you are expecting. Once you have gone through two billing cycles you can change your payment date to one that suits better if you want.

It's possible that if you have made a couple

of changes then the current billing and possibly the next one wouldn't be exactly as discussed.

Sometimes as services and credits are removed and re added it can adjust the bill depending on where you are in the month. Looking ahead on your Sky account do the future bills seem right?

Some additional information about the escalation process ~

Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. Also, if you fail to respond to each message from Sky within 48 hours the chat will automatically close down even if your issue isn't resolved. Replies on the chat aren’t instant so keep checking the chat thread regularly.
