      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have been chasing my switching credit now for 4 months and have been sent numerous emails asking for a PDF copy which i have sent multiple times. i last sent that off on the 9/6/2022 and i have now heard nothing back. ive had multiple calls with advisors over the phone who all say its nothing to do with them yet they was quick to talk me into taking broadband leaving my contract early an there would be no problem with them giving my back my cease charges. im quite frankly at the end of my teather with it and it makes me want to leave the company. anyone any idea at all how i can get this sorted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
