    <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently at work but I have sent them a message on Twitter and will look to contact Sky tomorrow to find out why. Sufficient funds are in the account. Newly set up contract so they took the first payment with no issues and this next payment is the first bill for the phone contract&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not ready as we are customers like you so obviously have no account access (Sky or bank). Presumably there are sufficient funds in the account. Have you contacted your bank and asked them why it hasn't gone out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It will probably be taken within the next day or so, so do not pay it yourself as it will not stop this from being taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
