I need to remove items from my TV package

I want to remove BT sports, Sky movies from my package. How do I go about doing this and why is it not simpler?

@Erimut I'm not sure why you've posted this in the email forum. We are fellow customers here and you aren't talking to Sky. To cancel parts of your TV package you have to contact Sky and give the appropriate notice (31 days for tv if you are not in your minimum term). I appreciate it's much easier to add things to your package than remove them but that's how Sky work I'm afraid.

need to reduce monthly bill....las t bill £122 ...much too high....22 years a customer..if cant get a better deal may have to terminate contract

OK. See the replies already given. You need to contact Sky if you want to negotiate a cheaper deal.
