You can view channels in your package on the Sky Go app, not the My Sky app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is what you've done already and it's not working then you'll need to ring Sky and ask when you'll be able to view the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
