Sky Q turn ‘Q’ light off

Sky Q box works fine - no issues. But the 'Q' logo continuously whirling round is so annoying. Is there anyway that the light of the "Q" can be turned off?

I really don't see the point of it. It's distracting when you are trying to watch tv

It can't be turned off I'm afraid. A few customers also irritated by it have put a tiny piece of card over it.

@Ju123321Although you can't turn it off, a number of people sell stickers so you can "dim" it.

Either make your own, with a bit of card sat in front of the light or go to somewhere like Amazon and search for 'Sky Q TV Box Light Dimmer Vinyl Decal Stickers'
They do the job easily and cheaply.

Don't really notice it seeing as the box is in my bed room in an open tv unit placed 3ft 6ins from my bed lol

The blue swirl only happens when you're watching recorded programmes, so it's not constant (unless you never watch live TV).

You can get LED dimming stickers, or you can do what the rest of us do and get used to it and ignore it.
