    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I am experiencing the exact same issue and the app refresh hasn't worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;disney + is working fine on the main box but we don't watch it there. Are there any other fixes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've just put a new sky q minibox in my boys bedroom. Everything works on there recordings, tv guide, Netflix, prime and YouTube etc however Disney plus. I'd pull my hair out if I had any. The app loads up no problem however I'm either getting the blue circle of death spinning round or i usually get Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. I've done speedtests and there fine, I've done a software update but still the same. Please help someone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Give this a try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the remote, press Home, scroll down to the word settings (do not press select yet)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the word settings highlighted, on the keypad, press,0,0,1 and select.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This takes you into a hidden installer menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You want to scroll down to reset, the go to apps refresh. Select this and then confirm it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The apps refresh takes 24 hours in total. If after that you are still having an issue, come back and let us know here on the community and we can get this case escalated to be investigated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
