I signed up to sky two weeks ago they told me my boxes would be sent to my mums address <removed> 5 days but nothing has been received ans we move into the property on 22nd of April amd set up will need these boxes could you give me an update please

@Jaitej You are not talking to Sky CS, this is a customer helps customer fourm. No one has access to any accounts nor can we provide you with the update you want. You should be able to see any updates on your order tracking page https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Otrherwise you would need to call Sky.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@Jaitej Unfortunately this is a customer forum and not Sky so all you can do is to phone them.

They are taking calls but try to discourage people from phoning so ignore all the warnings. If you have to say anything say "technical" that usually works.

What 'boxes' are you expecting? If you have just signed up to Sky for the first time then an engineer will need to come to your property and install a satellite dish and cabling. They will also bring the Sky Q boxes with them. The only boxes that tend to be sent out are broadband hubs.

@JaitejAs the installer brings the Sky Q boxes make sure that they have the right address for the install. You can usually only have an install or boxes (hub only) sent to the address on your account.
