I wouldn't worry, the picture quality is appalling via the Sky Q box.

If you can access the Apple TV app on your TV elsewhere I would do so.

Try the refresh apps option in the engineers' menu.
Highlight Settings but don't enter.
Press 001 then enter to find the option.

Have the same problem. Numerous refreshs and the 'power off-power on' game didn't fix it. It just doesn't load. I'm a bit stumped.

Try running through the Sky Apple tv+ app help article here, namely doing Steps 4 and 5.

I am having the same issue, been in contact with Sky and have tried all the steps suggested and still can't access the app.

The app just hangs here.

I've had other problems as well this morning. Earlier it got through to the log in by phone page. I did that, it then said the screen would refresh then the sky box would log me back out and it got stuck in a loop.

Now I'm not even gettIng to the log in screen, just hangs on the logo

I have been in touch with Sky and the advisor said that I would need to contact Apple?

I spoke to apple today and they said as my log in works on my phone, the issue is with sky.

I've gone back to the advisor to tell them this. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Same problem too...tried everything & it's just the Apple TV sign...why launch something that's not been tested properly? Frustrating!
