Sky soundbox drop on recorded program

After numerous conversations with sky I still have a problem with my soundbox on catch up or recorded programs there is a split second loss in sound sky say they are aware but still can't fix it any ideas

Hi @STOKE65

It would be useful if you could establish if the sound drops are specifically to do with the Soundbox - or if they are also present on the TV speakers.

There are a few threads around regarding sound drops from certain Q boxes and for that reason - that would be a good starting point.

Are the drops only on the soundbox - or TV speakers also ?

Only using the soundbox at the moment will try tv speakers only and let you know
