Connected correctly? No sky picture...

Just recieved a soundbox that works, attached pink from soundbox to tv, pink from sky q to soundbox and no sky picture or sound (signal). We had it set up incorrectly earlier and had picture and sound so we know the box works, but wouldn't let us control the volume with the sky q remote. We are now stuck! Can anyone please help?

Hi @ljg007

Let's try a few things

So you have a high speed HDMI cable out of your Sky Q box and IN (the black port) to your Soundbox

Then a second high speed HDMI cable OUT of your Soundbox (the pink port) and into an HDMI port of your TV

You have them selected the correct HDMI input on your TV (1,2 or 3 etc)

You have selected HDMI on your soundbox remote (press the " little square with an arrow" button - and you have turned the volume up

On your Sky box you have selected an output resolution your TV can cope with (so say 1080p if you don't have a UHD TV)

Let me know if all those are ok and what you see or hear
