    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently upgraded my Sky Q box to one of the newer models that support UHD/HDR and ever since I've been having problems if I'm connected through the sound box... sometimes just a blank screen, sometimes everything goes blank in the middle of watching a programme and now the tv screen is going green with multicoloured lines down it... by removing and putting back in the HDMI cables often works but everything is fine connected to the tv alone .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;siundbox is a few years old, tv is only 6 months old and new sky Q box got last month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3304701"&gt;@Frances77&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can't rule out a problem with the soundbox itself, but the first two things I would check -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try 2 different high speed HDMI cables. I've always found Amazon basic cables are fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a different HDMI port on your TV and make sure which ever port you use is definitely activated within your TV settings for UHD on that port&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
