Subject Access Request

Hi. How do I request a Subject Access Request in relation to my account with Sky? When I try via the complaints link the email tab does not work.

Also, it seems that this is for complaints in relation to programming. I have tried via the messaging tab but this automatically switches me to the virtual assistant which, surprisingly, cannot help in regard to a Subject Access Request. I just wish to contact Sky in writing via email to request a SAR so that I have record of the request.
