My Monthly payment has increased by £6.50 this last 4 Months but I don't understand why as my 18 Month contract started April 2021.

Try comparing your most recent bill with one from before you saw the increase, in order to see where the difference lies.

Not all discounts last for the full 18 months of a contract.

I thought 18 Month contract meant 18 Months, obviously not with Sky, another small print hidden.

The annual price increase is each April in the UK. If you joined in April you were probably exempt from that increase for a few months which has now been added. Compare your last bill to earlier ones and see where they differ but be aware your first couple of bills are generally higher anyway.

It does, but not all discounts last for the full 18 months. You have to know what you're signing up to.

But that's only one possibility, hence the suggestion to compare your bills.
