future billing query ??

hi there, I was looking at my account today and noticed that my future estimated bill has gone up by - £18.94 ?? not explanation. can anyone tell me why they can estimate a rise a not tell you??

Discounts expired, perhaps?

I agree with @Mark39

You would have been notified of the discounted deal end date when you first took them out but at present you don’t get reminders prior to them ending. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
