      <title>Roaming Charges</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought an iPhone 13 about a week ago before my holiday. I am currently on holiday. I was told Roaming would be free and that I can make calls to local UK numbers so I can stay in touch with my family.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Little did I know I have been charged for the past for days. Each time I have made a call it has turned on and charged me for roaming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told the wrong information and now my bill is £47 instead of £39. Is there anything we can do? I was told I go by the same contracted information as I do back in the UK. This is insane. I can't use my phone at all. If I had known I would have stopped this contract as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;From what you have said it does sounds like you were incorrectly advised as roaming starts as soon as you make a call, send a text or use mobile data so if you are going to make a complaint make sure you let them know the date and time of youyr call so they can listen to what was said to you if needs be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have been sent an email as part of your agreement which included info about charges/roaming etc. &amp;nbsp;This is in the key facts we send out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So whilst unfortunately you may have been misinformed by someone, it is in the T&amp;amp;C email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
