Did you do that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before your services are reinstated Sky normally require full payment of the outstanding balance and also the setting up of a new continuous payment method. If you’re 2 or more weeks in arrears you will also have to pay the next bill, as this will have been generated by now. Depending on your previous payment history, if you are able to pay all but £25 of the outstanding amount Sky will usually reinstate your services and they’ll add the £25 to the following months bill.&lt;BR /&gt;It is very likely Sky will not respond to calls from you whilst you are in arrears.&lt;BR /&gt;If you struggle to pay your bills in the future, (and this applies to any company) it’s always better to contact them before your bill is due.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are customers here like you so sadly you have left it to late to talk to Sky as you should have done this before the bill was due and and not now that they have suspended your services. All you can do is to try and call them from a phone that has a number they will not recognise is coming&amp;nbsp;from you. If you are unable to do this then you will have to pay the bill when you can and setup a direct debit before your services are restored. When you pay this bill if you are more than 2 weeks late in paying it you will have to pay the next bill as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
